It detoxes the brain. It regenerate your cells. and so much more... (list at bottom) When you're sleeping in anything except for complete darkness, your body still uses energy to interpret that light. All light is interpreted by the body in some form or fashion. That means that your body is using energy to interpret something instead of using that energy to heal yourself. This is where my Guide outshines other so called health advice.
