An avid health enthusiast who has studied health for over 20 years. As a child, he grew up on fast food and processed junk food which caused imbalances in his body.

At 9 years old, his body formed gynecomastia, a condition where males develop breast tissue and swell due to hormonal imbalance. Doctors told him it was just a phase in the development years and that it would go away. Years later, it never went away. The doctors then told him that the only way to get rid of it was through surgery. He didn’t want to take that as his answer so he went on an in-depth health journey to find the most optimal way of life.

He tried almost every type of diet and every type of exercise program in hopes it would provide him with more life and solutions to what he was seeking. Through his 20 years of research, he found various methods that radically changed his body, mind, and health. He has abs without working out, drastically reduced the gynecomastia, and even regrew his hair. He had so many transformations in his body that he couldn’t hold back from sharing his transformations on social media.

Does Mikey fast?

No. Word choice is very important. Fasting means you’re hungry but choosing not to eat. Mikey isn’t hungry. Whether it’s day 66 or any other day, it feels like he just ate 20 minutes ago. His satiety lasts so long that eating frequently isn’t necessary. That’s not fasting—it’s mastery.

Can I fast?

No. Fasting is unnecessary. If you want satiety to last longer than just a few hours, Mikey teaches how to achieve that through Evolution Mastery or Highest Echelon.

What does Mikey eat?
